Pros

Some of the sweetest, most interesting people you'll ever meet. Connecting with the native community is a must. Hoonah is one of the most beautiful places in Alaska. BEARS, whales, and wildlife all the time! A hidden gem.

Cons

It's pretty chaotic, disorganized, and stressful. Inevitable burnout. High turnover.
