So traditional, sometimes not up with the times. Touts as work/life balanced, but that is only in some areas. Depending on what part of the company you are in, you could be held to a much higher standard than everyone else.

There are a lot of good people to work with and most are very helpful. Good community. I enjoy my job, there is always something to learn if you choose, and enough variety to not get bored.

Cons

Some managers have a “Do more with less” mentality. Sometimes it doesn’t feel like non-managerial positions are as important or vital or valued by managers.
