I adore working here. I’ve been here over a year now, and I can’t believe I almost didn’t accept the job due to the reviews I saw here. Pros: Positive environment Incredible training program Supportive management Consistent recognition Continuous learning Lots of opportunity to advance

Cons

Flex schedule However I will say it’s an 8 week rotation and you work the same schedule for a full week.

Sometimes a little too conservative with hiring, some groups feel perpetually short staffed which can cause stress.
