Pros
You get to work on different technology and different clientele. That's a great boost for the individual's profile. Their offering into Staffing, eLearning & IT Projects are so diversied yet focused!!
Cons
They have consciously remained small though it doesn't hurt the employee as the growth continues to be good considering the clientele they work with. However it would be nice, if they become a Billion Dollar plus company for many prospective employees to enjoy their open policies....
