Contacts. contacts. contacts. They got me 3 interviews in a week. Which I think is above-par for a consulting firm.(But that was the only week I got 3!) Clearly laid out pay rules, do not have to follow up. smooth functioning. Salary is on par with what I was getting. They are not into nickel & diming. so am happy.
Cons
When you are at a client site on behalf of your employer - I guess one is involved heavily in the client operations and work. Though the company is cued onto my work etc, and they keep in touch with me, they do not offer me other earning opportunities - part-time/project based work .
