If you are looking for an workplace in which you will learn an incredible amount about a constantly changing business environment, then this is the place for you. Working at Ideas That Evoke provides the opportunity to challenge yourself, both in a strategic and creative manner. This company is filled with intelligent, driven and highly creative individuals that you truly enjoy working with.

Cons

Every day is different and you need to be able to adapt to the fast-paced, changing environment. If you're looking for rigid structure, then this may not be the place for you.

Unfortunately, Evoke does not have a great or successfully organized order of operations. Upper management says yes to things that are out of scope or just downright not in your job description for the sake of gaining more clients and revenue, however, when it comes to actually following through on how or what resources you and your team will need to follow through on these big promises made, no help is given and your treated like an imbecile if you cannot succeed. They reward you for being 'scrappy' and a 'self-starter' when in reality that means you'll have to figure things out by yourself. Don't expect a raise or promotion unless you really fight for it, and even then you can expect the bare minimum.

Good environment, employees are super friendly and do a great job of attacking problems with a "team mindset" Great place to work for recent college graduates, I was given more responsibility than I had at previous employer...sad I had to move away!

Office was a little cramped - they need more space
