Pros

The training is super in depth and you have the opportunity to learn on a lot of fun clients. Good feedback from your team and management, also nice to have a mentor. The people here are awesome and I love the wine wednesdays and happy hour.

Cons

Being downtown makes parking really hard. But lunch options are always good.

Pros

At Evoke, I was able to meet incredible people and build invaluable personal and professional relationships. Everyone was so inviting, and I felt like I had been working there for years! Additionally, I enjoyed the hybrid work schedule -- it was a welcomed change because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cons

The only downside to working in marketing/social media is that some days are slower than others. I felt at times that I could have helped out more with my team; however, because of the offices being spread apart, most of my team was located in Chicago where as I was located in Madison. Working through Zoom allowed for helpful collaboration but at times could be very isolating.

Talented people to work with. Schedule is very flexible. A growing Company that is the best at what they do. Very proud to be a part of this talented Company and its people.

Cons

If you have an issue that needs resolving, bring it up to the Supervisor. They will work with you to resolve any of your questions.
