Pros

The company has a strong commitment to it's Vision and Purpose. The investors and leadership team are focused on doing the right thing for customers, employees and the communities we serve. Pay and benefits are strong, including four weeks PTO and the last week of the year off on top of PTO. 401(k) match is generous and vesting is immediate. Low level of politics; people work well and productively together. Primarily a remote environment at this time in most locations.

Cons

I find very few to mention.

A “meh” company

Pros

Some attempts at being a “hip” tech company pay off in the culture. Great if you want to follow a prescription.

Cons

Unoriginal and uncreative vibe. As a venture capital owned org, employees are a line item.

amazing people, open culture, dynamic thinking, agile, entrepreneurial, excellent potential, market leader

Cons

you have to visit the Bellevue office or the Chicago office often or you'll miss all the fun!
