Very little product innovation. Acquisition focused to detriment of customer focus.

They give you 50 dollars a month to buy snack food from their kitchen.

Cons

Its is your typical run of the mill sweat shop. They think every territory can yield the same results which is far from the truth. There is no work life balance and qtr ends in December. Crazy !! They want the Sr reps making the money as my manager told me when i started. If you do not have key accts plan on turning a new stone over every day. Do not plan your life around this job because they will take your territory away from you making you start over.
