Pros

Its a nice place to work but the sales floor is like a morgue during the day. No music, no energy, no management energy.

Cons

Management could care less about sales, the people who make it possible to keep the doors open, and are completely focused on fixing bugs and spending as little as humanly possible on the sales side. No budget for real lead generation and sales is forced to do both jobs making it hard to focus on selling and hitting quota.

Great People in most Departments - Sub Par HR/Benefits

Pros

Sales, CS and IT, Accounting departments have great people and managers working within them. Pay is good, sales commissions offer a lot of room for great earnings.

Cons

Benefits are sub par, HR department "clique" is rude, unorganized and little help. Getting info from them takes forever and they usually don't know what their doing so have to bypass them and talk directly to 3rd party benefits rep.

Pros

- No pros in my experience. It was very sad to see how, when Idera acquired my company, all the knowledge accumulated along many years was despised and lost.

Cons

- Everything, but the root of the problem is the head of the company, Randy Jacops and his team. They are only focussed in hearn money by dismantling companies. I think they are pretty good on that, but it is sad for employees who expended an important part of their professional careers creating great products to see that those products are not going to be developed any more.
