Great if you are looking for redundancy

Cons

They bought BitTitan. The Worst acquisition of many have ever experienced. Slash and burn mentality with zero care of employee culture, respect for employee welfare or customer retention. They decimated an entire company in less than 3 months during which folks were given no information on what was happening until they got ‘the call’.

Their business model is to acquire another company and lay off the employees. They laid off > 50 people within few weeks after acquisition . Very good job !

- No pros in my experience. It was very sad to see how, when Idera acquired my company, all the knowledge accumulated along many years was despised and lost.

Cons

- Everything, but the root of the problem is the head of the company, Randy Jacops and his team. They are only focussed in hearn money by dismantling companies. I think they are pretty good on that, but it is sad for employees who expended an important part of their professional careers creating great products to see that those products are not going to be developed any more.
