Pros

The products, people and mgmt. are great. I've been here almost a year and having nothing bad to say. If you work hard (key word: work) then you will be rewarded nicely. You have all the tools to be successful. Some younger people may not realize what they have when they start here, but several people have left the co only to come back a few years later. That says a lot. This place is a well oiled machine and offer great products.

Territory changes, but that's to be expected.

Better than having no job at all.

Cons

The company tends to replace in-house engineering staff with low-end contractors from 3rd world countries. Since Embarcadero acquisition majority of competent people, who had been working in the company for many years, have left and those who haven't are looking elsewhere. I feel really sorry for Delphi/C++ Builder users.
