      Pros

      So fare I have seen none. They promis a lot but lack the capacity to fulfill this. There is hope for the company they took over because there were no profocols or comon use of tools.

      Cons

      No communication. Acting nice in your face but than not professional or transparant. Taking over a company and firing without any valid explenation or based on a non existing not even cuantifiable metric. No travel to see mayor customers. No extras Empty promises No future opportunities No written communication People are worried about their future and you can motice it.

      Pros

      Better than having no job at all.

      Cons

      The company tends to replace in-house engineering staff with low-end contractors from 3rd world countries. Since Embarcadero acquisition majority of competent people, who had been working in the company for many years, have left and those who haven't are looking elsewhere. I feel really sorry for Delphi/C++ Builder users.
