Pros

Have seen this company grow from 8 to 43 employees in a matter of 7 years. Ideum has been recognized for many awards that have entailed growth, increased growth revenue, financial stability. Management always take employees well being into consideration when developing policy and procedure

Cons

Still approach things with small company mindset need to catch up to the rapid growth.

Pros

This place gets better and better all the time! Great group of people and projects to work with. The CEO is thoughtful and honest . I have worked at many other places and this place takes the cake! The company offers so many benefits too which is out of the ordinary for a non-government job. The current staff here has so much talent. Its a privilege and honor to be a part of this team!

Cons

Sometimes there is not enough time in the day to do everything. Guess that is what happens when you work at a place this exciting with so many exciting projects and clients. Demand is big and intense. This is not a place for the slow moving kind.
