They have good communication from beginning of the recruiting process. Fast and efficient on-boarding when it comes to all the administrative paperwork. Lastly, i found this organization to be in a league of their own as they voluntarily paid me during the week the entire staff was furloughed by my aerospace customer (including all contractors) during the Covid 19 pandemic. This was not expected, but an outstanding gesture of company commitment to their employee and a sign of good leadership. Bravo!
