They don't offer any benefits in NC. No PTO and as a subcontractor for a federal organization, I'm forced to take off federal holidays. The federal employees and contractors get PTO but not me. Feels like I'm getting shafted. When I asked them about PTO, their response was that NC doesn't require them to provide PTO. What BS response. Unfortunately, that seems to be the norm with Indian led recruitment companies.
