Good Projects More onsite oppurtunities consulting exp if you are client facing are many international projects outside india Good Pay as compared to others Felxible work culture no formalities , you work and forget the rest

not many flow with the wind sometimes tooo hecticccccccc

Pros

Lots of learning Always something new happening Good pipeline of Microsoft Dynamics projects People stay busy Try to stay local. Travel is MUCH lower than other consulting firms Good core values Expansion in international markets continues to fuel growth

Cons

Sometimes too busy. Need to manage work/life. This has really improved in the recent months though. The management is working hard at it Very Entrepreneurial - which is generally good but sometimes processes are not fully baked.

Hands-on management: This is a good and a bad. The bad is sometimes things get bottlenecked
