      Cons

      CEO and President is a joke. They don't exist. They put people in management that have no idea what they are doing. HR has a high turnover. The one person that they have in HR doesn't know squat. You can't get help with time-card questions without getting the runarounds. Glad to have left this train wreck.

      They have enough meetings that keep the employees know what is going on in the company.

      Cons

      Not impressed with top level management there is little or no diversity. the CEO tries to hard to show that he understands the lower level worker. To many Chiefs!!! Pay does not equal position
