We are always looking at improving our benefit offerings, and a RRSP / 401k program is something we understand is of utmost importance to both our Canadian and US-based employees. Pros

Working at Ignition is a real treat. It's a faced paced company, but everyone works without ego and fosters a very supportive work environment. As the company scales it continues to maintain a team approach to daily work and a collaborative approach to problem solving and strategy. Ignition also offers continuing education and good health benefits.

Cons

I can't really think of any cons, I've been on the team for 5 years and can't see myself leaving any time soon.
