Pros

Honestly, this is the best company I've ever worked for. The culture is great from the top down and the leaders in the business are hard working, supportive and most importantly, experienced. The outlook is positive and we're growing with a ton of potential in the short term and future.

Cons

It can be very hectic. Ignition is not the place to work if you dont like constant change and cant handle working on a lot of things at the same time

As a result you operate at a fast pace and therefore, your opportunity to learn and grow with the company is immense. - Fantastic people that care about each other and our customers. They truly care about what the product is trying to help our customers achieve. - A culture of trust that you are capable of doing what you were brought in to do. - The team has grown to include some incredible leaders and contributors who bring great ideas to the table. - flexibility to work how you like, when you like.

Cons

-The fast pace means things change quickly. The pace isn't for everyone due to ambiguity as processes and focus changes. If you can live with ambiguity, you can survive the pace of change.
