Pros

Working at Ignition is a real treat. It's a faced paced company, but everyone works without ego and fosters a very supportive work environment. As the company scales it continues to maintain a team approach to daily work and a collaborative approach to problem solving and strategy. Ignition also offers continuing education and good health benefits.

Cons

I can't really think of any cons, I've been on the team for 5 years and can't see myself leaving any time soon.

- Amazing co-workers who are a joy to work with - Unique product and value prop - Personable, engaging and thoughtful leadership - Great benefits and flexible work arrangements - Bright future - Approachable and down to earth leader in Guy, who is clear on vision and has built a high-functioning team culture

Cons

- Scaling up which won't suit everyone, you will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Can be repetitive work at points

We recognise hard work equally has to be balanced with employee wellbeing, and as such encourage our team to utilise our time-away from work options (annual leave, well-being days, etc), along with other wellness benefits such as our company subscription to Headspace and our Employee Assistance Program.
