      - good benefits - good time off policy - good work life balance

      Cons

      -low pay -bad management constantly micromanages but does not follow the expectations they put in place for the employees -company is run under a culture of fear where threat of layoffs is held over employees heads constantly -favoritism and retaliation creates unequal opportunities for career advancement within the company
