Pros
Vast majority of coworkers are really dedicated and mission-driven, but that is about where the positive things end. Pay was decent at first, but 3% raises a year is all you can expect as they continue to promote directors and above.
Cons
Had north of 10 managers in 3 years, really catty, cut-throat culture. If you push back, they lay you off or fire you. Absolutely zero room for growth despite doing the jobs of your managers and directors. Best of luck to them!
