Hi there and thanks for sharing your feedback from your time here at Illumio. I agree that our people really are the differentiator here. While we have great tech, offices, perks, etc. it really does come down to the people working (metaphorically!) to your left and to your right. Thanks also for your feedback about where we can continue to drive alignment; while I've experienced a very cohesive senior leadership team here at the company, we will continue to focus on ensuring alignment across orgs and teams to enable our people to do their best work and drive value for our customers!
