Thanks for taking time to share your feedback, and thanks for your more than 2 years of service to the company. You've seen a lot of change here over the past several quarters, and I agree that our financial strength and operational rigor are allowing us to invest in our people and our products at a time when other companies are contracting or otherwise revising their outlooks. We're excited for the work we're putting in this year to strengthen and grow our Employee Relations Groups (ERGs) and the investments we're making into leadership development of all of our people managers to build, grow and serve teams that bring Illumineers of diverse backgrounds and lived experiences together to do their very best work.
