I agree that our company - and our culture - is oriented toward helping everyone feel like a local, even from their first weeks with us. I like that we bring our "Onwards, Together" core value to life in a way that folks can feel and see, both at events like our recent FY25 Onwards kickoff meeting and in our everyday work.
