I was lucky enough to have my first week at Illumio be the same week as the company's annual SKO and Onwards (Employee Kickoff) events. Was a great way to be introduced to the company, the leadership team, the market opportunity, and the product roadmap. Everyone here is super collaborative (I really love my manager and my team in particular) and executives are easy to access. Overall vibe is a culture of excellence: lots of hard working people with really innovative ideas, and everyone is really passionate about what the company is making possible - preventing everyday cyber incidents from becoming business disasters. Super pertinent to the problems the business world is facing today, and customer buy in and market validation makes it clear Illumio is a leader in what they do. If you're into cyber/comms this is the place to be.
