Pay. Product works well. The end.

Cons

Sales leadership is terrible. Can’t speak on engineering/other departments, but retention is god awful, everyone leaves. Company now going through another round of funding (round Z?) & for what? Because our sales “leaders” can’t forecast correctly ever & IPO is highly unlikely in the next decade. Why do our “sales leaders” still have jobs? Equivalent to engineering making a product that doesn’t work ever.

The technology does exactly what it says. Big brand clients and proven results. Generally customers are content and resubscribe annually

Cons

Horrendous culture. There is a general arrogance of "You should feel honored to work here. If something is not to your liking you can leave. We can find someone else to replace you". The staff retention rate is pathetic and care for staff does not exist.
