      Accountable Sales Process Openness Gread Product Management in the Details My direct manager is great and loves the deals, the CRO will jump into any sales or partner call and listen first, then diagnose. The CEO has a wide network. OVerall, i've learned a lot here. They keep it loose even when it gets stressful. The CRO has a network of CISOs and a loyal base of employees that have followed him for decades.

      no 401K Rigorous Travel Policy (Restrictive requiring CRO/CEO approval) They are hyper-growth at all costs, and they have great expectations and expect and you're on-board or your soon off-board Job-hoppers aren't allowed; they weed through the daydreamers quickly but very loyal to me and people who work hard and know their business Definitely a change of culture, most love it but some want status quo and not growth oriented haven't made it

      -800 lb Gorilla in Micro-Segmentation market -fairly wide competitive moat for now -SVP of Product is the heartbeat and engine of company

      -toxic, fear based culture -CEO and CRO are both megalomaniacs who drive a very negative culture -ton of turnover because of the culture
