      Exciting Company, Great Coworkers, Fast Pace

      Pros

      In my years performing in this role I haven’t worked for an organization that put collaboration so front and center like Illumio does. My coworkers are brilliant, eager to pitch in, and dedicated to team-driven success which makes the job a lot more enjoyable. If you’re around HQ, the lunches and social opportunities at the office are also incredible.

      Cons

      It is very fast paced and the bar is high - but this is only a con in a sense. The leadership team is very transparent about it in the interview process and these requirements have made it so I’ve learned more in this role than I had in any other.

      Bad Sales leadership, great product

      Great product, technical leaders in their field and generally a lot of good friendly people to work with. CEO has a strong vision

      Cons

      There's no career growth Favoritism Lack of diversity The sales leaders will micromanage you - this is a very admin heavy company and you’ll be doing tasks for the sake of it
