Pros

Great story around the software. Everyone is mostly beating the same drum in the company. Some very smart and nice people.

Cons

It's not a security product, it just configures a host based firewall built into the OS on the workload. No understanding of threats or CVE's on a workload. Product decisions are made by people that do not have security knowledge. A result is, the product is put into customer environments where it shouldn't be placed at all.

Pros

I chose this company because I felt like the culture would mesh well with my personality and I was 110% right. Working here, you feel the support from managers from all departments. Tools and training are always available to you when it's needed. Management is always there to provide ways for you to succeed and grow. Everyone has such an open communication with one another that it makes working together very easy. Great benefits. Great people. Pet friendly environment. Unlimited PTO with the approval of your manager.

Cons

There's been some turn over in the field but that's usually what's expected with a start-up company.

Pros

Poised to go big. Senior tech leaders that know very well what they are doing, and you can learn a lot from. Very well financed.

Cons

Toxic cutthroat culture that emanates from the top. Using climbing metaphor CEO often brings up, too focused on climbing the peak and will cut your rope without a second thought. Therefore high turn-over rate in sales (check linkedin for past employees).
