      Toxic. Abusive. Nasty. Promises of IPO, growth, etc...Will never happen.

There’s a strong sense of team spirit and mutual support across all levels. Leadership is refreshingly transparent, regularly sharing their vision and how they plan to drive the company forward. It’s clear they’re committed to long-term success, and they bring employees along for the journey. The business feels like it’s in a real sweet spot right now—stable, growing, and full of opportunity. It’s an exciting time to be part of it.
