      Currently a local Ohio manufacturer.

      Cons

      Main concern is that of ownerships personal financial gain. Future of current employees is very discouraging.

      Pros

      Dental benefit for some. Multi billion revenue turnover.

      Cons

      Not healthy environment to work with (pouted air, not good drinking water, harsh machine sound). Annual pay hike is 8 to 10 cents. No room for growth. New employees and old employees salary is almost same. (since the hike is 10 cents). Heavy machines, long standing and (continuous bar loading in every 2 - 4mins, sorting, measuring, weighing) in 8 hr shift. No union in this company.
