Pros
* Relatively flat organization with leaders who are actually leaders, not "bosses."
* Work is interesting and engaging with exposure to a lot of bleeding edge tech.
* Everyone has a voice. Everyone's input within their job function, as well as across the organization, is taken seriously.
* Naturally diverse people who bring a breadth of experiences and backgrounds to the table.
* Leaders and co-workers genuinely care about each other and help to raise each other up. I went through a difficult time shortly after I was hired and everyone was supportive and helpful, both in work and personally. The company values are lived, not just written on a wiki.
