Extremely poor leadership. The CEO is currently Lawson Ellinor, having replaced Richard maybe a year ago. His messaging is entirely inconsistent - that is, what he says in one context is often at odds with the messaging in other contexts. Abysmal environment for software development - IT professionals consider employment here at your own risk.

Pros

Left a secure, long-time position with DXC Technology and have no regrets. This company, since the first interview, has had the feel of a startup on the verge of something great! Eager to push the envelope of instituting new technologies and business process. The employees are very friendly and welcoming, and the dress code and environment are relaxed. The benefits reasonably good and recent addition of some optional remote working is an excellent perk.
