Hiring and promoting inexperienced management both at mid-level and top-level didn't go well for this company. They thought these people would propel this company to glory, but they were dragging it to its failure. There were more personal agendas prioritize over the company's goals. They would just sit around all day and do nothing instead of looking for business opportunities for the company.

Small companies come with a couple of issue. A lot of employees are frustrated from the lack of organization of internal systems. From the size of the company, it should be a lot more manageable compared to the big ones. It makes the competency of the management questionable.
