      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for over 3 years and I have no desire to leave. The pay is decent, and management is tough but fair. Client satisfaction is our #1 priority. They don’t tolerate employees who don’t work well as a team. I like my manager and I know I’m in good hands.

      The atmosphere in the office is always affected by how much work needs to get done week to week.

      the passionate & smart people great team encouragement to be creative challenging company & HR cares about employees close to home

      great relationship with reporting manager and coworker, great compensation and employee benefits, fun company-wide events, management is accommodating based off life circumstances, emphasis on diversity and inclusion

      Cons

      limited internal opportunities for career growth… the culture is strong and encourages horizontal career development but is lacking in vertical development opportunities
