Pros
I've worked support for 7 years, as well as in other technical roles. Not only is the job challenging and fast paced, but the overall push from the top-down is a real work-life balance. The customers are, generally, joys to talk to.
Cons
Starting pay - while good - is a bit difficult to shift out of, given the current cost-of-living increases. This needs to be addressed more quickly than it has been.
