Pros

Lots of pros! This company values its employees and communicates very effectively. Lots of change, but it’s because the company is evolving with the ever-changing market.

Cons

Pay could be increased and bonus structure for this role is more subjective than not. No key metric to hit.

Pros

Amazing onboarding. My direct supervisor is wonderful, my team is helpful and drama-free.

Cons

Salary is a bit lower than some of the competitors and I wish PTO was a bit more generous.

Pros

-Work is fully remote -Get the opportunity to work with tons of really smart and talented people -Solid benefits and PTO packages

Cons

-High Stress job, especially during back to school time -Account executives walk all over the instructional services department (The CSM position here is apart of Instructional services) -Ever changing and challenging processes -Poor pay for the amount of work you do. You can definitely find a higher paying CSM job elsewhere
