Pros

The direct team you work with can be amazing people and your direct manager/supervisor/boss usually is the best person in the whole company. Decently Good Benefits!

Cons

Terrible compensation / pay. Does not listen to employees. Terrible retention of customers and employees. Massive multi-stage un-announced layoffs. Tone-Deaf apologies and stupid projects that will not help the company. Tech is over 20 years old and it still acts like 2008 in performance. Tech can't run on Chromebooks without something going wrong. Product support's getting outsourced to over-seas. Project Managers are out-of-company instead of in-house experts. Trainers are incapable of doing any job they train let alone their own job.
