Pros

People are very kind, and the company provides a great product.

Cons

Projects are sporadic so the pay is inconsistent but that is how it goes with part-time contracting.

Pros

I enjoyed the work that I did as a virtual instructor while I was there. I was able to work remotely while still serving students.

Cons

The pay was low compared to what I could make teaching at a traditional school at the time, esp. when you consider it was 12 months

Pros

Full medical, dental, and vision. Options for the type that works best for you. Lots of PTO, vacation time, and major holidays off. Remote positions are flexible with opportunities for PT. One-on-one interactions with students.

Cons

Low pay does not fully make up for the remote position. Have not received a pay increase the last two years. Bonuses are hit or miss on whether you will get them or not. Not many opportunities to move up in the company or increase salary.
