Pros

Flexible schedule, some very awesome coworkers.

Cons

Senior management is absolutely dreadful. They literally brag about the money they get to spend on their new shiny high-rise office in Tempe, including ridiculous and unnecessary amenities. A few months into this new office, and you will find every executive office (all with floor to ceiling window views of Tempe/Phoenix metro area) EMPTY because they are never there. Stop buying growing through acquisition and maybe try growth of your current programs. How is it we've never seen executives in our meetings? Why aren't you interested in what we're doing? Why is your office furniture a bigger concern than ensuring you have strong employee morale. Why does everyone know that October is the annual "layoff" month? Get your experience here, and MOVE ON. After your last round of layoffs, I saw the writing on the wall and began interviewing with a reputable company. I am submitting my notice to Imagine Learning at the end of next week- THANK GOD.
