      What a decline in quality of culture and product

      Still some good people there.

      Cons

      When WeldNorth let the culture of Edgenuity take over, it destroyed the moral and genuiness of Imagine Learning. The new leadership, all they care about is the sale and not the end user. The Regional Managers have no interest in the well being of their teams, unless you were already part of their dark family, anyone else, you are an outcast for caring for your customer needs.

      The Team makes the Dream, not the Company

      Pros

      The company is very good at making sure that your teams operate within themselves with very little micromanaging, allowing you to create and develop what needs to be done in order to get along and get things done.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the higher levels will make decisions that negatively effect the teams in ways that snowball out of control. With poor compensation for workload and poor communication of company internal functions, it can be hard to trust the upper levels - but you will trust the members you do get to see and hear from on the day-to-day with your life.
