Products are top in the industry.

Senior management is disconnected and out of touch from the employees, especially the CEO, who does not interact with anyone below the c suite.

Pros

The students are the only positive to this company. I made a few connections with them.

Cons

The lack of supportive curriculum really surprised me, as someone with a masters in curriculum & instruction they are robbing those who think they are getting high level quality lessons. The system is extremely outdated and not efficient, therefore making each lesson a process and takes away from the engagement. Constant micromanaging as well. We are grown adults who don't require hand holding, especially those of us who have been in the teaching field for some time now. Pay is sad, $20 an hour.
