Pros

Good way to get into the corporate world if you are leaving education.

Cons

The base pay is very low. If you don’t get a good territory, it is hard to live on. Management is not receptive to feedback. Very high turnover. Systems constantly changing with poor communication.

Pros

My teammates, supervisors, and managers have all been great. There's opportunity for growth and, until recently, we got regular raises and bonuses.

Cons

Many roles used to be entirely remote and now they're requiring employees who live close to the major offices to go in at least 2 days a week. There have been many rounds of layoffs and we didn't get raises this year.
