Pros

good benefits and paid time off as well as holidays off

Cons

Not alot of direction within this company, its all over the place all the time. They hire a bunch of people when they are buying up companies to help redesign the programs then they fire them with no explanation. I mean they "let go" over 100 people and the next year I see they have the same exact positions open again.

Cons

Pros

Remote work. Colleagues are hardworking and intelligent.

Cons

I recently left teaching and thought this would be a great opportunity. It was not. Everybody is miserable, over-worked and every meeting with leadership adds more frustration. We do not receive raises at all. Nobody does but the company likes to talk about their growth and new purchases. Bonus is like $1,000.
