      Not a good company to work for overall

      Pros

      There are some genuinely good people who work here. Some very skilled engineers. In general, it is an easy place to work (which is actually a con, but most would consider it a pro so here it goes).

      Cons

      Horrendously written and maintained codebases. Worst I've ever seen. Poor benefits. Frequent layoffs (no, I was not a layoff, I quit after RTO was announced).

      Pros

      While the benefits aren't ground breaking, there are a lot of employee benefits. The Business side of the house communicates a lot Pay is average, but not below average

      Cons

      As a software developer there are a lot of downsides. "Directors and above" think they know everything there is about software engineering and just dictate, not discuss Product Owners and People Leaders don't know much about agile. If you disagree with leadership, you are pushed out. so keep your opinions to yourself. You will have 5 layers of management telling you what to do, plus product owners.
