There are far too many Pro's to name. I could go on and on about this company. The work life balance, the support from upper management, the appreciation that get shown on a consistent basis, the culture.

Cons

Being able to work from home occasionally would be nice, other then that I got nothing.

My manager and team are incredible to work with. The admin team is also very supportive of training people if you express in a different field.

Cons

Mid-tier pay - which they are very transparent about. And wish there were more holidays.
