Pros

You get to meet and work with all kinds of people. management was good at sending weekly schedules and never over imposed extra work but always found a way to keep employees happy as much they could

Cons

working with many people you get to encounter some coworker you might not get a long with the best. you might not feel comfortable on the way they might run their kitchen but there is not much you can do to improve it because you are only there for the day.

Employees are incredibly kind and can take up a good time of your day if you let them. I've gone out to drinks with plenty at the home office. The relationships are real.

Cons

None. The only thing I can complain about is how busy it gets out of nowhere, but I'm in IT, it's going to happen.
