Immanuel’s culture is truly amazing and inspiring. People are so welcoming, kind and supportive. I feel included, valued, empowered, heard, challenged and appreciated. I look forward to going to work each day.

Good First Job, I could've chosen something better but not many regrets.

Pros

A good relationship with both other staff and those I cared for. Management was decent.

Cons

Pay could've been higher for the amount of training and extra work I had to do. Stayed overtime nearly every day in Lighthouse. Mental health wasn't necessarily cared for either.

Pros

There are none. Not enough staff, not enough equipment or supplies, but plenty of work and hours.

Cons

Management does not care who is hired or who shows up. As long as a warm body is there, that’s all that matters. They can be horrible in resident care and speak no English.
